Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the integrity of scheduled appointments, the following policy applies:

1. Notice Period

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

This allows the session time to be offered to another client.

2. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or unattended appointments, are chargeable in full.

Payment is required before booking a further session.

3. Programme Clients

For clients enrolled in structured programmes, sessions form part of a planned therapeutic process. Missed sessions may not be carried forward unless agreed in advance.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Genuine emergencies or illness will be considered at discretion. Please make contact as soon as possible where circumstances prevent attendance.
