  • Scheduling: Appointments must be arranged directly with me via email, phone, or the contact method provided on the website.

  • Punctuality: Please ensure you are ready for your session at the agreed time. If you are late, the session may still finish at the scheduled time to ensure fairness to other clients.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Agreement of Fees: The specific fee structure for your therapy plan will be discussed and agreed upon during the Initial Consultation.

  • Payment Timing: Payment is required in full either prior to or at the time of the relevant therapy session.

  • Methods: Payment methods will be confirmed during booking (e.g., bank transfer or cash).
